## Quick Activation Overview

  <Step title="Find Your Kit ID">
    Locate the Kit ID printed on the outside of your Starlink kit box. You'll need this unique identifier to link your hardware to your account during activation.

    Visit [starlink.com/activate](https://starlink.com/activate), sign in to your Starlink account (or create one), and enter your Kit ID to register your dish and begin your service.

  <Step title="Install Your Hardware">
    Unbox your dish (Starlink Dishy), router, and cables. Choose a clear mounting location with an unobstructed view of the sky, connect the cables, and power everything on.

  <Step title="Connect Your Devices">
    Join the Wi-Fi network broadcast by your Starlink router from any device. Follow the in-app prompts in the Starlink app to finalize your network name and password.
